- Build Block and Beam
- Build Damp Course DPC
- Lay Brick and Block to create shell
- Build roof Trusts
- Felt and Batten and tile roof
- Install window and doors to (FENSA) standard
- Build Stud partitions
- 1st fix - All electrics (NICEIC standard) and pipe work
- Fit Plasterboard
- Re-skim walls and ceiling
- 2nd fix - All built in cupboards, fit Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Paint and decorate throughout to customer specification
We are at present employing Rainbow Building Services to construct our 2 storey extension. Work began mid August and is now near to completion.
I highly recommend the company - our experience has been one of professionalism, and the very high standard of work means we will be using Rainbow again in the future.
The foremen, Mick, runs a great team, who are helpful, friendly and considerate.
I have been at home due to an injured back, and I have had my shopping carried in, and when they have their tea and cakes in the afternoon, they even wash up their cups !
