I was looking for a building company to add an upper storey to a large bungalow and to refurbish the whole of the existing building. Of the three firms I approached, Rainbow were punctual, answered all my questions, made useful suggestions and delivered a competitive tender on time. Importantly, they inspired me with their professional confidence. However, they proved most valuable in overcoming problems, particularly oversights by the architect and structural engineer. All problems were met with a ‘can do’ approach and I was very pleased at the attention given to getting it right.

Kevin quickly understood the design, look and feel that I wanted out of the end result, which made the development all that much easier. Everyone who worked on the site shared the same polite and willing attitude. The finished house is exactly what I wanted and I would unhesitatingly recommend Kevin and the Rainbow team to anyone.
